Regarding the Trustpilot review: it is completely unreasonable to ask a customer to leave a review before the service is actually working for them. I cannot, in good conscience, leave a review for a system that is currently blocking my access. Furthermore, holding technical support hostage in exchange for a review goes against standard business practices.
Please ask your admin team to actually fix my account permissions so I can download the items I paid for. Once my Lifetime access is fully functional and I verify that the system is working as it should, I will be more than happy to leave a review stating that your support team successfully resolved my issue.
